Overview:
Join our mission-driven team at OpenClassrooms as a Lead Data Analyst Mentor. As a freelance senior professional, you will help students succeed in their training programs through weekly video calls, sharing your industry expertise and experience. This is a 100% remote opportunity, allowing you to coach up to 2 students from the beginning.
#### Responsibilities:
- Serve as a role model and share your industry know-how with students on a weekly basis, guiding them through their training programs.
- Inspire students with your advice and experience in the field of Data Analysis.
- Monitor students' progress throughout the mentoring sessions.
- Report problems and difficulties related to your students.
#### Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree and at least 2 years of professional experience as a Data Analyst.
- Proficiency in Python or R.
- Experience in gathering data, standardizing it while maintaining its integrity, and interpreting data to identify trends and help others make sense of it.
- Experience in presenting data through dashboards, visualizations, and written reports, as well as analyzing data to support decision-making and improve company strategy.
- Ability to simplify complex concepts, set objectives, and give constructive feedback.
- Company structure or freelance status (registered in your country of residence) or readiness to create one.
