About the Role We're seeking a highly skilled and enthusiastic Customer Service Representative to join our team at arenaflex. As a key member of our customer-facing team, you'll be responsible for providing exceptional service to our customers, driving sales, and contributing to a positive and engaging store environment. Key Responsibilities: Greet customers, run the register, cashier, and make purchase suggestions to drive sales and enhance the customer experience. Work with our food program and other store areas to maintain high standards for store appearance and provide fast and friendly service to our customers. Provide regular and predictable onsite attendance to ensure seamless customer service and store operations. Interact with customers daily, working with a fun and energetic team to accomplish daily tasks and achieve sales goals. Develop and implement creative solutions to solve problems and improve customer satisfaction. Collaborate with colleagues to achieve sales targets, promote products, and maintain a positive store environment. Essential Qualifications: High school diploma or equivalent required. Previous retail and customer service experience, preferably in a sales associate or cashiering role. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with customers and colleagues. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, multitasking and prioritizing tasks to meet sales targets and customer needs. Strong problem-solving skills, with the ability to think creatively and develop effective solutions. Preferred Qualifications: Motivation to advance in your career and take on new challenges. Willingness to learn and adapt to new processes and technologies. Previous experience in a leadership or supervisory role, with a proven track record of driving sales and improving customer satisfaction.
