Key Responsibilities: As a Customer Service Associate I at arenaflex, you'll play a vital role in delivering exceptional customer experiences and ensuring a positive, safe, and respectful environment for all customers, associates, and leaders. Your key responsibilities will include: Assisting customers with questions and recommendations to ensure a seamless shopping experience Managing sales transactions while working assigned cash register, maintaining accuracy and efficiency Maintaining the security of cash and protecting company assets, adhering to our strict security protocols Keeping the store well-stocked, recovering merchandise, and ensuring a clean and organized store environment Receiving merchandise and assisting with unloading trucks, stock replenishment in accordance with productivity standards Ensuring a positive, safe, and respectful environment by maintaining professional and friendly interactions with customers, associates, and leaders Maintaining the cleanliness throughout the store, including cleaning and restocking bathrooms, sweeping and mopping floors, taking out the trash, and ensuring all areas are neat and presentable Skills and Experience: To succeed as a Customer Service Associate I at arenaflex, you'll need: A high school diploma or equivalent Previous customer service experience in retail, hotel, restaurant, grocery, or drug store environment (highly preferred) The ability to follow instructions and interpret operational documents The physical ability to lift between 30 and 50 lbs. from floor to above shoulder height and meet demands of frequent walking, standing, stooping, kneeling, climbing, pushing, pulling, and repetitive lifting Excellent customer service and relationship management skills Strong organizational and communication skills Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills Perks and Benefits: As a valued member of the arenaflex team, you'll enjoy a wide variety of rewards to support your health, wealth, and mental well-being.
