We are seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented Catering Systems Administration Specialist to join our team at United Airlines. As a key member of our Hospitality and Planning department, you will play a vital role in ensuring the accuracy and integrity of our catering data, supporting the success of our global operations.

Job Overview and Responsibilities:
The Catering Systems Administration Specialist will be responsible for entering, verifying, and maintaining accurate and timely updates to catering data in our systems and tools. This will include:
- Managing data entry for all menu specifications through our catering management system
- Auditing data quality, identifying, and correcting errors and inconsistencies
- Designing and constructing catering service packets and codes within the system architecture
- Managing administrative functions related to systems set-up and maintenance, vendor access management, and other general corporate requirements
- Collaborating with internal and external stakeholders to ensure accuracy and support ad-hoc projects
Qualifications:
To be successful in this role, you will need:
- Bachelor's degree in Hospitality, Business Administration, or a similar discipline
- 2+ years of previous experience with data entry and clerical work
- Exceptional attention to detail and strong data management skills
- Analytical skills and ability to effectively work remotely
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Fluency in English (written and spoken)
Preferred Qualifications:
- Business Administration or a similar discipline in Hospitality, Catering / Food Services, or Airline Industry
- Knowledge of airport operations
- Continuous Improvement experience
- Experience working with informational management systems (such as Oracle, CAE, Coupa, SAP, etc.)
