We are seeking a reliable individual based in the United States to assist with delivering IT equipment (such as laptops and tablets) and providing chat support to our IT team.
This is a part-time, as-needed position with flexible hours, combining local delivery and remote support.
Responsibilities:
Pick up and deliver IT equipment within your local area
ā Confirm identity and secure hand-off of equipment
Assist IT engineers by relaying messages via chat tools (Slack, Teams, etc.)
Follow clear instructions to help users with equipment setup
ā Requirements:
Must be legally authorized to work in the United States
Must be located in the United States (local deliveries required)
Must have a verified LinkedIn profile
