About the position
The Global Sales Spring Internship at Legends offers students the opportunity to gain hands-on experience in business development and sales strategy execution within the sports and entertainment industries. As a New Business (B2B) Intern, you will support lead generation, market research, and the preparation of client-facing proposals, contributing to the acquisition of new clients and enhancing sales outcomes.
- Responsibilities
- Conduct market research to identify prospective clients and emerging trends in the sports and entertainment industries. ,
- Assist in lead generation by researching target companies, decision-makers, and contact information. ,
- Support the development of customized sales presentations, proposals, and pitch materials for potential clients. ,
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather insights and craft solutions tailored to client needs. ,
- Participate in client meetings and calls to observe and learn about the sales process. ,
- Maintain and update customer relationship management (CRM) tools with lead and client data. ,
- Assist in preparing responses to RFPs by gathering necessary information and contributing to proposal development. ,
- Provide support for special projects related to business growth initiatives.
- Requirements
- Currently pursuing a Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business, Marketing, Sales, or a related field. ,
- Strong research and analytical skills with the ability to identify opportunities and gather key information. ,
- Excellent communication and presentation skills, both verbal and written. ,
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Word); familiarity with CRM tools (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot) is a plus. ,
- Interest in B2B sales and client acquisition strategies. ,
- Highly organized with strong attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously. ,
