- eBay is seeking an Integration Manager to join the eBay Motors team
- Drive the integration of Caramel into the eBay Motors ecosystem
- Act as a strategic advisor
- Organize and manage regular business reviews
- Work closely with business, product, customer service, and other teams
- Create and present executive-level presentations
- Lead projects from planning through execution
- Develop and implement processes that enhance operational success
- Take operational ownership of key initiatives
- Requirements:
- Minimum of 5+ years of related experience
- 2+ years at a top-tier management consulting firm, investment bank, or in a strategy & planning role at a major corporation
- MBA preferred but not required
- Proven track record in managing complex projects
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Experience in creating executive-level presentations and reports
- Demonstrated ability to lead cross-functional teams through influence and project management
- Strong analytical skills
