Position Overview: Our client is seeking an experienced Insurance Coverage Attorney to join their growing team in California. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in analyzing, advising, and litigating insurance coverage matters across a wide range of policy types. This role offers the opportunity to handle sophisticated matters, work closely with top-tier clients, and grow within a well-established insurance defense and coverage practice. Key Responsibilities: • Analyze insurance policies and provide detailed coverage opinions to clients. • Represent insurers in coverage litigation, including drafting motions, pleadings, and briefs. • Conduct depositions, hearings, and court appearances as needed. • Manage case strategy and client communications independently and as part of a team. Qualifications: • J.D. from an accredited law school. • Active member in good standing with the California Bar. • 3+ years of insurance coverage experience Salary and Other Compensation: The annual salary for this position is between $170,000 – $240,000 annually. Factors which may affect pay within this range include geography/market, skills, education, experience, and other qualifications of the successful candidate.
