Role Description
This is a full-time hybrid role for an Insurance Agent and Financial Services Representative located in the San Antonio, Texas Metropolitan Area, with some work from home acceptable. The Insurance Agent and Financial Services Representative will be responsible for providing clients with insurance sales and brokerage services, as well as financial planning and advisory services. They will work to understand client needs, develop individualized financial plans, and provide continuous support and service to clients. Day-to-day tasks include meeting with clients, conducting financial needs analysis, recommending suitable insurance and financial products, processing applications, and ensuring that clients receive outstanding customer service.
Qualifications
Β Knowledge of Insurance Sales, Insurance, and Insurance Brokerage
Β Experience in finance and financial planning
Β Strong Customer Service skills
Β Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Β Ability to work both independently and in a team environment
Β BachelorΒs degree in Finance, Business, or a related field is preferred
Β Relevant certifications or licenses (e.g., Certified Financial Planner, Insurance License) are a plus
Β Ability to adapt to a hybrid work environment
