Project Overview

I am a real estate professional and trainer developing a course that teaches real estate agents how to accurately determine Fair Market Value (FMV) using appraisal methodology and supply-and-demand analysis.

This course will form the foundation of a larger training program called Value Demand, which teaches agents how to guarantee the sale of a home when a client is purchasing another property.

I already have:

• Recorded video content

• Canva slide presentations

• Real-world case studies

• A clear methodology used successfully in my real estate business

I need an experienced Instructional Designer / Course Developer to transform this material into a structured online course and written manual.

Project Goals

Create a professional course structure that includes:

• Course outline and module structure

• Lesson plans based on my recorded material

• A written course manual (approximately 120–150 pages)

• Worksheets and practical exercises for agents

• Case study examples

• Quizzes and knowledge checks

• Downloadable tools (checklists, pricing worksheets)

The goal is to create a clear, practical training program that real estate agents can immediately apply in the field.

Course Topics Include

• What Fair Market Value actually means

• Understanding supply and demand in housing markets

• Demand ratios and pricing pressure

• Appraisal guidelines and adjustments

• Comparable sale selection

• Predicting sale price using market data

• Pricing strategy for listings

• Using FMV to guarantee the sale of a home

• Trade-Up Program strategy for buyers who must sell first

Ideal Candidate

I’m looking for someone who has experience with:

• Instructional design for online courses

• Turning expert knowledge into structured curriculum

• Writing course manuals or workbooks

• Real estate knowledge (preferred but not required)

• Adult learning principles

• Creating engaging learning experiences

Experience building courses for platforms like Kajabi, Thinkific, or similar LMS platforms is a plus.

Project Structure

This will likely begin as a Phase 1 project to develop the FMV course.

If the collaboration works well, there will be additional work developing further curriculum for the Value Demand coaching program.
