Who are we looking for?

This role would be part of the B2C sales function for our India / International Business Groups. He/she would drive the new customer acquisition, customer relationship management, Operations & reporting.

What should you do?

New Customer Acquisition
Ā• Conversion of leads received through various marketing channels
Ā• Preparing short-term and long-term sales plan towards reaching the assigned goals
Ā• Consistently achieve revenue targets in line with team/organizational objectives
Ā• Proactively identifying cross-selling/up-selling opportunities with the existing customers
Ā• Identifying references through the existing customer base to increase the sales pipeline
Ā• Sales experience required
Ā• - Excellent communication skills- High energy level, fast-paced personality- Motivated by goal attainment and performance measurement- Must be tech-savvy. Should have above average computer and technical skills to be able to engage with customers and internal teams with the... product being technology education- Bachelors/Masters degree from premium institutes desirable- Build strong relationships with key accounts and strategic customers.-Target based

Customer Relationship Management
Ā• Understand the customer requirement and pass on the insights towards the
Ā• product portfolio improvement based on customer interaction/feedback
Ā• Key Account Management
Ā• New account development

Operations and Reporting
Ā• Managing pre-sales to post-sales support activities for the assigned
Ā• products/geographies and ensuring the highest customer satisfaction

Qualifications
Ā• Inside Sales and Customer Service experience.
Ā• Excellent interpersonal, communication, and customer satisfaction skills.
Ā• Ability to work collaboratively with a team.
Ā• Bachelor's Degree in sales, marketing, or related field is preferred.
Ā• Proficiency with CRM, email marketing, and sales automation software a plus.
Ā• Ability to multitask and prioritize projects effectively.

Budget

INR. 5,000/- to 8,000/- Per month.

Experience

0-1 year and experience in the field of educational technology and strong knowledge of and experience with EdTech platforms would be beneficial. A proven ability to meet and exceed sales goals is also desirable.
