About the position
The Inside Sales Executive for Business Cards & Payments at Capital One is responsible for building long-term relationships with business owners and helping them optimize their use of Capital One's Business Card products. This role involves a consultative approach to understand customer needs and provide tailored solutions, ultimately aiming to enhance customer satisfaction and drive business growth.
Responsibilities
Ā Identifying and reaching out to businesses to grow the Capital One brand.

Ā Serving as a dedicated point of contact for Business Card Customers.

Ā Acquiring new Capital One Business Card clients within a designated territory.

Ā Securing appointments directly with new prospects via cold calling, networking, and referrals.

Ā Engaging in phone consultations with business owners to learn about their needs and recommend products.

Ā Effectively managing a pipeline of clients and prospects.
,
Ā Analyzing a business's total spend to identify the right card product and additional opportunities.

Ā Assisting businesses with incorporating the card into their purchasing platform and bookkeeping software.

Ā Achieving incremental charge volume targets.

Ā Ensuring compliance in all client activities and follow-up using Salesforce.com.
Requirements
Ā At least 2 years of acquisitions experience or outbound sales experience.

Ā Strong communication and active listening skills.

Ā Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, rapidly changing environment.

Ā Demonstrated ability to drive business results while delivering superior service.

Ā Proficiency using Salesforce.com and Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).

Ā Proficiency using Google Suite.
