- Job Description
- As a member of the IT Site Services and Solutions (ITSS) team you will be responsible for ensuring Infrastructure projects are successfully transitioned into client existing ITSS operating model.
- The candidate will be managing several high visibility projects owning everything related to Project Management, Planning, Execution, Communications Management as well as Risk and Issue Management.
- The candidate will possess strong knowledge in IT Infrastructure.
- Primary Responsibilities Will Include
- Drive the shaping, planning and execution of the ITSS team’s major infrastructure projects
- Ensure actions are according to architecture and standards delivery
- Manage project scope, budget, risk and change control, escalating issues as necessary
- Co-ordinate the execution of the communication plan and participate in the decision making where appropriate
- Managing project progress and adapt work as required
- Partner with Mergers and Acquisition team members and drive any related projects
- Vendor management for projects in scope
- Collaborate with all infrastructure towers to ensure appropriate direction
Qualifications
- Required:
- 5+ years IT Program / Project Management or Project Execution
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, IT or similar field of study / work experience
- Extensive experience managing IT projects / programs
- Ability to manage in a complex environment
- Proven history demonstrating subject matter expertise in IT infrastructure including
- Network, Data Centre, Telephony technologies (Technical expertise desired)
- Cloud compute & storage (e.g. Azure, Oracle, AWS)
- Infrastructure solution design
- Experience in execution of large-scale infrastructure projects, leading outsourced delivery teams
- Excellent Communication Skills spanning several levels of leadership
- Planview experience
- IT Project Management
- IT Project Management Tools (MS Project, SharePoint, ServiceNow or Equivalent)
- IT Project Leadership
- Ability to work independently
