I am currently recruiting for an Oracle Guided Learning and Oracle Training Lead for one of our direct clients in the US. Below are the specs for the role:
Job Title: Oracle Guided Learning and Oracle Training Lead
Work Location: Remote (Travel once per quarter to one of many client locations across the US)
Duration of Assignment: 12+ Months
Pay Rate Range: $60.00/hr to $80.00/hr on W2
Job Description:
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead the strategy, design, and implementation of Oracle Guided Learning content across various functional modules.
- Develop comprehensive training materials, including instructor-led content, eLearning modules, quick reference guides, and embedded learning assets.
- Facilitate TraintheTrainer sessions to empower internal teams and ensure consistent, high-quality training delivery.
- Partner with functional SMEs to understand business processes and convert them into structured learning experiences.
- Support end-user readiness activities, including communication planning, curriculum development, and training logistics.
- Ensure training content remains aligned with system design, project milestones, and user needs.
Promote a positive, inclusive environment by acting with integrity, professionalism, and personal responsibility.
- Act with integrity, professionalism, and personal responsibility to uphold the firm’s respectful and courteous work environment. Required Skills:Travel once per quarter to one of many client locations across the US.
- Extensive hands-on experience with Oracle Guided Learning (OGL).
- Strong background in Oracle Training, including content development and delivery.
- Proven expertise in Training Development and instructional design methods.
- Experience facilitating TraintheTrainer programs.
- Ability to communicate clearly and work collaboratively with crossfunctional teams.
