About the Opportunity
We are seeking motivated, growth-oriented individuals to partner with Elevate & Aspire as Independent Leadership & Mindset Mentors. This is a remote, self-directed opportunity designed for individuals who want flexibility while developing leadership and mindset-based skills.
This role is not a traditional employment position. Mentors operate independently while aligning with Elevate & Aspire’s development framework, training, and values.
- Key Responsibilities
- Participate in ongoing personal growth and leadership development
- Mentor individuals using mindset-based tools and strategies
- Apply provided training, systems, and resources in daily activities
- Strengthen professional communication and leadership capabilities
- Manage your own schedule and workload in a remote environment
- Qualifications
- Strong interest in personal development, leadership, and mindset growth
- Self-motivated with the ability to work independently
- Coachable, open to feedback, and committed to continuous growth
- Professional communication skills
- Background in leadership, coaching, mentoring, sales, or business development is beneficial but not required
