Teach Small Business Growth – One Hour at a Time
Alden Executive Advisors is seeking motivated, independent professionals to lead group coaching sessions for small business owners, focused on revenue and profit acceleration.
Each course meets for just one hour per week, and you can run as many courses as you're willing to manage. This is a remote, commission-based role with flexible hours and scalable income potential.
Please note that facilitators are responsible for finding and enrolling their own clients. We provide training, tools, and marketing resources to support your success.
- What You’ll Do
- Lead 1-hour weekly group coaching sessions per course via Zoom
- Teach proven, proprietary strategies that help small businesses increase profit and performance
- Enroll your own clients into your coaching groups (tools and resources provided)
- Deliver value, build relationships, and drive client results

- What’s Required
- Experience in coaching, consulting, or business development (2+ years preferred)
- Excellent virtual presentation and facilitation skills
- Ability to find, connect with, and enroll small business clients
- Comfortable using video conferencing and digital tools
- A modest financial investment to license our proprietary coaching system and resources
Compensation
This is a commission-only opportunity based on a revenue share of paid enrollments. There is no base salary, but income grows with the number of clients you enroll and coach.
