Job Overview:


We're seeking an experienced Implementation Specialist to guide clients through the implementation process of Impartner PRM solutions. As a key member of our team, you will configure and customize PRM platforms, conduct discovery sessions, and provide technical guidance to ensure successful client onboarding and platform adoption.


Key Responsibilities:



  • Guide clients through the implementation process, ensuring seamless onboarding and platform adoption

  • Configure and customize PRM platforms according to client requirements, leveraging technical expertise and attention to detail

  • Conduct discovery sessions to understand client needs and business processes, providing tailored solutions and recommendations

  • Create and maintain project timelines and implementation schedules, ensuring timely delivery and stakeholder satisfaction

  • Provide technical guidance, best practices, and platform training to clients, empowering them to maximize platform potential

  • Collaborate with internal teams, including support, development, and sales, to ensure cohesive and effective implementation strategies

  • Troubleshoot technical issues during implementation, applying problem-solving skills and a customer-centric approach

  • Document client requirements and configuration specifications, maintaining accurate records and knowledge bases


Requirements:



  • 2-4 years of experience in software implementation, customer success, or a related field, with a strong technical aptitude and ability to learn new technologies quickly

  • Excellent project management and organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple implementations simultaneously

  • Outstanding verbal and written communication abilities, with experience working directly with clients in a technical capacity

  • Problem-solving mindset with attention to detail, proficiency with MS Office Suite and project management tools, and English language proficiency at a B2 Advanced level
