Position Overview
We are seeking a detail‑oriented, self‑motivated Remote Data Entry Specialist to start immediately. In this role you will be the cornerstone of our data‑integrity initiatives, transforming raw clinical and operational information into actionable insights that drive business decisions across arenaflex. Key Responsibilities

- Data Validation & Quality Assurance: Identify gaps, inconsistencies, and errors; perform root‑cause analysis and recommend corrective actions to maintain >99% data accuracy.
- Stakeholder Collaboration: Provide direction and guidance to external vendors, subject‑matter experts, and matrixed internal teams to align on data‑quality expectations.
- Process Improvement: Lead initiatives to enhance data ingestion workflows, streamline validation procedures, and implement automation opportunities.
- Documentation & Reporting: Produce clear written and verbal summaries of findings, trends, and impact assessments for senior leadership and operational teams.
- System Testing & Validation: Participate in system design reviews, execute test cases, and verify data integrity after system upgrades or fixes.
- Compliance & Controls: Conduct periodic audits of basic controls, ensuring adherence to regulatory standards and internal policies.

Essential Qualifications
- Technical Expertise: Proven experience with SAS, SAS EG, Python, and SQL Server for data analysis, manipulation, and validation.

- Analytical Acumen: Ability to convert raw data into clear, actionable information that influences business outcomes.
