SCHEDULE | LOCATION: HYBRID (2 Days in Office) | Manhattan, NY
PAY: $200 - $220K (Commensurate w/Experience)

รย IDEAL CANDIDATE REQUIREMENTS
รย Bachelorรยs Degree REQUIRED
รย 10+ yrs Experience of Legal Billing Work Experience
รย 5+ Years of Management Level Experience or Title
รย Experience Utilizing Aderant or Elite 3E Billing, Coding, and Invoicing Accounting Software
รย Strong Verbal and Written Communication Skills
รย ROLE RESPONSIBILITIES
รย Billing and client analysis projects.
รย Reviews outstanding balance reports
รย Leads a strong Global Billing Team for a Global Law Firm
รย Ensures optimal day-to-day operations of department functions.
รย Develops and maintains local and global departmental workflow processes, goals and supporting objectives for assigned staff.
รย Provides problem solving guidance and resolution on a global basis.
รย Analyzes reports to determine trends and facilitate effective billing and collections strategies.
รย Meets with partners as needed to discuss goals/objectives, issues, etc.
