This is for a Work at Home position. Responsibilities:
Your Responsibilities
Bilingual Financial Customer Service Representative field customer inquiries by finding innovative ways to respond to varying questions, issues, and concerns.
รย Connect with customers via phone to resolve their questions, issues or concerns
รย Escalate/transfer/complete conference calls to banks, loan originators, financial institutions and more.
รย Calmly attempt to resolve and de-escalate any issues
รย Track all call related information for auditing and reporting purposes
รย Provide feedback on call issues
Qualifications:

รย Bilingual Spanish/English required
รย High School Diploma or GED required
รย Must be over 18 years of age
รย 6 months customer service experience minimum
รย 6 months Call Center experience, preferred
รย Ability to type 25 wpm
รย Comfort with desktop computer system
รย Proven oral & written communication skills
รย Logical problem-solving skills
รย Availability to work various shifts
รย Ability to use Windows operating systems
รย Organization and work prioritization skills
รย Able to work independently
รย Ability to work in a constantly changing and fast paced environment
รย Ability to stay composed and objective
รย Strong listening skills
