DESCRIPTION
The Activation Project Manager is responsible for coordinating, executing, and overseeing all aspects of a go-live implementation. You will manage the planning, execution, and delivery of go-live projects, ensuring they align with the hospitalรยs strategic goals. You will work in partnership with our leadership and delivery teams to support our customers with your project and team leadership capabilities, ensuring that our client partnerships and the engagements we have with them are successful and deliver valuable outcomes. This role requires 50% travel.
RESPONSIBILITIES
รย Develop and execute go-live project plans, including timeline, and resources
รย Facilitate and work with relevant client resources to define project scope and deliverables
รย Facilitate meetings to address concerns and track progress
รย Provide hands-on leadership and Project Management to ensure deadlines are met and key deliverables are always accurate
รย Serve as the main point of contact for the go-live, ensuring regular communication with client stakeholders
รย Manage and resolve any issues that arise during the go-live process, coordinating with relevant teams to ensure they are addressed in a timely manner
รย Provide routine status updates to leadership, stakeholders, and team members, ensuring transparency around progress and issues
รย Work with Sales and internal staff to assist with execution of Statement of Work (SOW)
รย Partner with client to identify opportunities for account growth through additional service offerings
รย Lead and mentor the go-live onsite leadership team, and consultants, fostering a collaborative and high-performance culture
QUALIFICATIONS
รย 2+ years of experience in project management - specifically for go-lives
รย 5+ years of experience as a Team Lead for go-lives
รย 7+ years of experience as a consultant for go-lives
รย Healthcare industry experience
DESIRED KNOWLEDGE
รย Experience developing detailed project plans
รย Creation of PowerPoints
