Focus: Therapy, Relationships, and Psychedelic Healing
Location: Remote
Commitment: 5 hours/week, with potential to grow. $800 monthly retainer

About the Role
We’re looking for a part-time Social Media Manager who’s as passionate about healing and consciousness as they are about creative strategy and content execution.
You’ll be supporting the online presence of Psychedelic Integrative Therapy—founded by Alexa Altman and Shira Myrow. (i-psychedelic.com) Our work focuses on relational healing, trauma-informed therapy, and psychedelic-assisted transformation. Your job will be to translate these complex, soulful themes into high-quality social content that expands our reach and deepens audience engagement.
What You’ll Do
Create and manage a content calendar
Plan, write, and schedule Reels, carousels, and Stories that reflect the brand’s tone and depth
Write emotionally intelligent captions that resonate with our audience and engage with them.
Monitor analytics to evaluate what’s working and adjust accordingly
Help repurpose content from podcast episodes, blogs, or newsletters
Stay attuned to trends and conversations in therapy, wellness, and psychedelics
