Job Description
We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented HTML Data Entry Assistant to support our digital content and administrative teams. This fully remote, entry-level position is ideal for individuals with a strong eye for accuracy, basic knowledge of HTML, and a willingness to learn in a fast-paced, virtual environment.
As an HTML Data Entry Assistant, you will be responsible for inputting, editing, and maintaining web-based data and content using HTML. You’ll collaborate with internal teams to ensure accuracy, consistency, and alignment with formatting guidelines. This position is part-time with flexible scheduling options and offers weekly pay.
- Requirements:
- Must be 18 years or older and eligible to work in the U.S.
- Basic understanding of HTML and web formatting tags.
- High school diploma or GED required.
- Ability to type at least 40 WPM with accuracy.
- Familiarity with content management systems (CMS) is a plus.
- Organized and detail-oriented with excellent time management skills.
- Ability to work independently in a remote setting.

- Ensure consistency in layout, style, and web accessibility.
- Identify and correct formatting or data inconsistencies.
- Collaborate with design, development, and editorial teams.
