Description: We are seeking an experienced Contract HR Generalist to join our team with an immediate primary focus on full-cycle recruiting. This role will be responsible for managing end-to-end recruitment processes and employee onboarding while providing support on additional HR functions as needed. The ideal candidate will be a proactive talent acquisition professional who can hit the ground running and make an immediate impact. There is an opportunity for this role to become a full-time employee in 2026. Requirements: β€’ Manage full-cycle recruiting for multiple positions across various departments and levels β€’ Source qualified candidates through various channels including job boards, social media, professional networks, employee referrals, and direct outreach β€’ Screen resumes and applications, conduct initial phone screenings, and assess candidate qualifications β€’ Coordinate and schedule interviews with hiring managers and interview panels β€’ Conduct behavioral and competency-based interviews to evaluate candidates β€’ Build and maintain talent pipelines for current and future hiring needs β€’ Partner with hiring managers to understand position requirements, team dynamics, and ideal candidate profiles β€’ Prepare and extend job offers, negotiate compensation within approved parameters β€’ Maintain accurate records in the Applicant Tracking System (ATS) and ensure compliance with hiring processes β€’ Track recruiting metrics and provide regular updates on hiring pipeline status β€’ Develop and post compelling job descriptions that attract top talent β€’ Facilitate positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment process β€’ Support onboarding activities for new hires β€’ Assist with employee relations matters and respond to employee inquiries β€’ Support HR compliance activities and maintain employee records β€’ Coordinate with benefits administration and HR systems as needed β€’ Participate in HR projects and initiatives as assigned β€’ Provide general administrative support to the HR department Required: β€’ 3+ years of HR experience with substantial focus on recruiting and talent acquisition β€’ Proven track record of successfully filling positions across multiple functions and levels β€’ Strong sourcing skills and familiarity with various recruiting channels and tools β€’ Experience with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and HRIS platforms β€’ Excellent interviewing and candidate assessment skills β€’ Strong communication and interpersonal skills with ability to build rapport quickly β€’ Highly organized with strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple priorities β€’ Self-starter who can work independently with minimal supervision β€’ Knowledge of employment laws and regulations β€’ Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) Preferred Qualifications: β€’ Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field β€’ HR certification (PHR, SHRM-CP, or equivalent) β€’ Experience in fast-paced, high-growth environments β€’ Industry-specific recruiting experience relevant to our organization β€’ Experience with LinkedIn Recruiter and other advanced sourcing tools β€’ Knowledge of diversity and inclusion best practices in recruiting Apply tot his job
