- Support new account openings, address key retention needs, and manage onboarding processes.
- Oversee the development and enhancement of training and development programs for operations.
- Collaborate with operational leaders and champion networks to improve systems, tools, and resources.
- Work with internal and external resources to advance training opportunities for field operations teams.
- Communicate and track progress towards company goals, ensuring timely delivery of key projects.
- Provide regular updates and adjust strategies as necessary to meet company objectives.
- Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in a related field.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in food management.
- Knowledge of safety, food, and labor management processes.
- Proficiency in systems supporting safety and food management.
- Strong communication skills.
