We are seeking a motivated and experienced Home Services Sales Representative to join our team. This role is ideal for individuals with a proven track record in home services sales who are self-motivated, have strong communication skills, and are familiar with CRM software.Responsibilities:
- Manage leads generated from paid social media ads, organic social media, Yelp, Angi Leads, Google, home shows, and referrals.
- Contact leads to schedule and conduct in-home consultations.
- Prepare accurate quotes based on customer needs and preferences.
- Follow up with potential clients to close sales and achieve monthly targets.
- Utilize CRM software to maintain customer records, track sales activities, and manage the sales pipeline effectively.
- Collaborate with the installation team to ensure seamless customer service and satisfaction.
- Provided equipment includes a tablet for efficient on-the-go operations.
- Garage Kings branded professional shirts or uniforms for a polished and unified appearance.
- Access to a remote Sales Development Representative who supports lead connection and consultation scheduling.
- Proven experience in home services sales, preferably with knowledge of concrete coatings, epoxy, or related products.
- Strong self-motivation and ability to work independently.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Prior experience using CRM software is preferred.
- Willingness to travel locally for in-home consultations and client meetings.
This position offers a tiered commission structure based on margin, volume, and closing conversion, providing significant earning potential for motivated individuals. There is no cap on commission earnings.Training and Development:
