Supplemental Health Care, a leading healthcare staffing agency, is seeking an experienced Home Health LVN/LPN to join our team in Griffin, Georgia. As a Home Health LVN/LPN, you will have the opportunity to make a difference in the lives of patients in the comfort of their own homes.
We are looking for a compassionate and skilled nurse with at least 1 year of recent experience working in a Medicare-Certified Agency. Our ideal candidate will have a strong passion for delivering high-quality patient care and a commitment to excellence in everything they do.
Job Details:
- 13-week contract with potential for extension
- Hourly pay rate with no visit limits
- Designated territory of coverage with an average weekly expectation of 30 units of productivity
- Estimated weekly payment includes taxable wages and tax-free reimbursements for meals, housing, and incidentals

Requirements:
- Minimum of 1 year recent home health nursing experience (private duty does not qualify)
- Current Georgia Nursing License
- Medicare Certified Agency Experience
