Role Description

  • Support and explain existing HR initiatives, policies, and procedures, mainly relating to benefits
  • Provide clear and thorough information to caregivers while navigating through multiple platforms
  • Manage questions from caregivers with grace and tact, emphasizing a positive employee experience
  • Handle employment verifications and disability forms
    Qualifications
  • 3+ years of experience in an HR/Benefits position covering several HR-related tasks
  • Exceptional verbal and written communication skills
  • Strong critical thinking, problem solving, and decision making skills
  • Ability to multitask and prioritize with a strong sense of urgency
  • Detail-oriented
  • Bilingual Spanish preferred
  • Familiarity with Salesforce
