Role Description
- This role involves providing exceptional customer support in a remote setting.
- Provide exceptional customer support via phone, email, and virtual meetings
- Help clients understand their insurance benefit options
- Answer questions about coverage, plans, and policies
- Schedule and conduct virtual consultations with new and existing customers
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of our products and services
- Support clients in making informed decisions about their benefit needs
- Qualifications
- No prior experience in insurance or customer service required
- High School Diploma or GED (college students and recent grads welcome)
- Strong communication skills – written and verbal
- Comfortable working remotely with basic tech knowledge (Zoom, email, etc.)
- Must be 18+ and authorized to work in the U.S.
- Motivated, reliable, and ready to learn
