Role Description
- As an Early Intervention Instructor or Developmentalist, you will have the chance to work directly with children from birth to age three. This position provides opportunity for flexibility while building a patient caseload, with the goal to work one-on-one with families in person or virtually.
- Coach parents and caregivers through interventions based on daily routines and the childβs natural setting.
- Collaborate with other childcare professionals to carry over goals while following an individualized Family Service Plan.
- Work in a rewarding environment that allows multi-disciplinary collaboration and mentorship.
- Maintain autonomy and growth specific to each clinician's passions and expertise.
- Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree in one of the following majors: Early Childhood Education, Special Education, Family Studies, Early Childhood Development.
- Must have pediatric CPR and FA certification (includes infant/child CPR and in-person skills testing).
- Dedication to exceptional patient outcomes and quality of care.
- Must have completed fellowship year and earned their Certificate of Clinical Competence.
- Requirements
- Part-time, Pay-Per-Visit Employee.
- Position available in Berks County, PA.
- Services provided in the child's natural setting, such as their home, daycare, or community setting.
- This is a per visit position (5-19 hours per week) with the opportunity to build to part-time or potentially full-time depending on need and flexibility.
