Role Description
- As a Certified Registered Behavior Technician (RBT), you’ll work one-on-one with children in home and community settings, following treatment plans created by a supervising BCBA.
- Providing ABA therapy under BCBA supervision
- Implementing behavior plans and skill-building programs
- Collecting and documenting session data
- Collaborating with your clinical team
- Qualifications
- High school diploma
- At least 18 years of age
- Reliable transportation and valid driver’s license
- Organized, dependable, and open to feedback
