What To Expect (Job Responsibilities)
รย Review project specifications and prepare detailed project costing
รย Develop comprehensive proposals based on project scope and customer requirements
รย Conduct site visits to understand project scope and site challenges
รย Perform risk analysis and build relationships with key vendors
รย Manage project scope, cost, and schedule in conjunction with site lead
What Is Required (Qualifications)
รย BSc/BA in engineering, construction science, or a relevant discipline
รย Minimum of five years of proven experience as an estimator or in a similar position
รย Familiarity with financial and project management principles
รย In-depth knowledge of research and data analysis methods and estimation formulas
รย Outstanding communication and negotiation abilities
How To Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications)
รย Certified Professional Estimator (CPE) will be an asset
รย Excellent numerical skills and an analytical mindset
รย Ability to manage relationships with key persons effectively
