Key Responsibilities
 Support Project Managers in developing project estimates, budgets, and timelines.
 Collaborate with architects, engineers, subcontractors, and suppliers.
 Attend project meetings and deliver progress updates.
 Maintain project documentation, including contracts, change orders, and RFIs.
 Track project progression, identifying potential risks and challenges.
 Assist in managing project budgets and ensuring profitability.
 Conduct site visits and inspections to uphold quality standards.
 Oversee project closeout processes, including punch lists, warranties, and final payments.
Required Skills
 Strong project management capabilities.
 Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
 Proficient analytical and problem-solving abilities.
 Familiarity with Microsoft Office and project management software.
 Knowledge of construction codes, regulations, and safety standards.
 Willingness to travel to project sites as required.
Qualifications
 BachelorÂs degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or a related discipline.
 Minimum of 1 year of experience in public construction projects.
