Licensed LMSW & LCSW Telehealth Therapist (Remote, Part-Time)
United Natives, a national nonprofit dedicated to advancing health equity for Native American communities, is seeking Licensed LMSWs and LCSWs to join our team of telehealth counselors. Our mission is to provide culturally grounded, trauma-informed mental health services across 23 states (and growing).
- Position Highlights:
- Remote, part-time position (serve 1–20 clients per week based on your availability)
- Work as a 1099 independent contractor
- Flexible scheduling – you choose your availability
- Client load depends on your preference and capacity
- Compensation is funded through national and state-specific grants
- We provide counseling for various scenarios: Depression, grief, PTSD, substance abuse, Opioid harm reduction, anxiety, sexual assault, violence, generational trauma etc.
- Requirements:
- Active and independent LMSW or LCSW license (no clinical supervision provided or available)
- Must be fully able to practice independently
- Experience working with diverse and Indigenous communities is a plus but not required

Pay: $35.00 - $85.00 per hour
