Role Description

Own the enrollment funnel end to end: qualification, site referral, screening, consent, and randomization.
Work across internal teams (clinical operations, technology, customer success) and external stakeholders (sites, sponsors, CROs, site networks).
Drive throughput, remove friction, and ensure growth aligns with delivery capabilities.
Build and manage a team of Project Managers to expand delivery capacity as volume scales.

5–8 years leading operational delivery in a complex, multi-stakeholder environment.
Experience owning a conversion funnel or delivery pipeline end to end.
Track record of scaling an operational function in a fast-growing organization.
Experience coordinating across multiple external partners and internal teams.
Strong analytical skills; proficiency in building dashboards and working in Excel.
Structured project management discipline with the ability to run multiple parallel workstreams.
High energy and comfort with ambiguity.

Experience in healthcare, life sciences, clinical trials, or pharma services.
Oncology-specific knowledge (biomarker testing, treatment sequencing, clinical trial design).
PMP or equivalent project management certification.
Background in operational value creation, management consulting, industrial engineering, or private equity portfolio operations.
Experience with AI-powered platforms or health technology.
Familiarity with patient recruitment vendors, site networks, or CRO enrollment operations.
