Role Description
- This role involves supporting various departments within CIEE through temporary assignments. Responsibilities will vary by role and department, but may include:
- Provide sales, outreach, enrollment, and customer service support by responding to inquiries and guiding students and parents through program options via email, phone, and virtual platforms
- Support study abroad and international exchange programs through admissions, advising, and program operations
- Communicate clearly and professionally through written correspondence, presentations, and documentation
- Maintain CRM and program data, including data entry, record management, reporting, and system updates
- Collaborate with domestic and international colleagues to support program goals and organizational priorities
- Perform other duties as assigned
- Qualifications
- Some college required; Bachelor’s degree preferred
- Experience or interest in sales, customer service, program coordination, or project support
- International education or study abroad experience is a plus
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Comfort working with students, parents, and underrepresented populations
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and contribute to project-based work
- Adaptability, professionalism, and a collaborative mindset
- Excellent organizational and time management skills
- Ability to multitask and work in a dynamic environment and within tight deadlines
- Ability to take initiative and be flexible
- Energetic, personable, goal-oriented, and team-oriented
- Computer skills, including MS Teams, Word, Excel, and Outlook. Salesforce is a plus.
- Requirements
- Temporary assignments may be full-time or part-time and vary in length.
- Roles may be remote, hybrid, or on-site, depending on business needs, and some travel may be required.
- Some positions may require specific language skills or technical expertise.
