Role Description
- As a Chat Support Representative & Receptionist, you'll be at the forefront of our mission to influence philanthropy in the animal sheltering industry.
- Respond promptly and professionally to customer inquiries via chat, providing accurate information about our fundraising services and activities.
- Manage the front desk by greeting visitors, answering incoming phone calls, and directing them to the appropriate departments or personnel.
- Assist in maintaining and updating customer records in our database to ensure accurate and up-to-date information for all interactions.
- Collaborate with team members to ensure a seamless flow of communication and support across departments, contributing to overall organizational effectiveness.
- Provide administrative support to the fundraising team, including scheduling meetings, organizing documents, and assisting with event planning as needed.
- Qualifications
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills to effectively handle customer inquiries and provide information.
- Proven ability to manage and prioritize multiple tasks with a strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Experience in customer service or a related field, demonstrating a commitment to providing exceptional support.
- Proficiency in using chat and customer service software, as well as basic office applications such as Microsoft Office Suite.
- A passion for animal welfare and a genuine interest in supporting fundraising efforts for animal shelters.
- Must be authorized to work in the United States.
