What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
Upload patient documentation into the electronic medical record system
Communicate discrepancies in documentation to the Health Information Management Manager
Obtain and log data for tracking and metrics
Request and review paper records from external organizations
Provide and obtain release of information documentation
What is Required (Qualifications):
Associate degree or equivalent experience
2 years' experience in a medical office or equivalent
Knowledge of medical terminology, anatomy, physiology, and medical procedures
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with attention to detail
Proficiency in English
