Job Title: Healthcare Data Entry Specialist
Schedule: Monday – Friday 8am – 4:30 pm EST
Pay: Starting pay at $14.00 hourly
General Summary
The Healthcare Data Entry Specialist is responsible for inputting healthcare data into the required format, ensuring accuracy and completion in the process.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities
- Key outside data into the necessary operating system.
- Manage, organize and properly follow up on accounts requiring clarification to ensure timely capture
- Maintenance of incoming and outgoing mail
- System updates performed to notate returned mail
- Maintain quality and production goals set by leadership
- Maintain confidentiality of account information at all times
- Maintain awareness of and actively participate in the Corporate Compliance Program Maintain a neat and orderly workstation
- Assist with other projects as assigned by leadership
Educational/Vocational/Previous Experience Recommendations:
- High school diploma or equivalent is required
- Proficient PC knowledge and the ability to type 50 wpm with at least 95% accuracy Excellent organization skills
- Attention to detail
- Ability to effectively work and communicate with coworkers
- Ability to present oneself in a courteous and professional manner at all times
- Reliability of task completion and follow-up
Working Conditions:
- Must be able to sit for extended periods of time.
- For Remote Work from Home - must have a quiet, private area to perform work
