Job Description

We are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Customer Service and Data Entry Specialist to support our two e-commerce businesses: Brace Direct (orthopedic bracing and medical devices) and RevUp Sports (athletic shoes and apparel). This role is primarily focused on customer support, order processing, and accurate data entry during evening hours.

Sunday – Thursday, 3:00 p.m. – 11:00 p.m. EST

Work from Home
1099 Contract Labor

Handle all incoming calls and return missed calls promptly with professionalism.
Respond to customer messages across phone, email, and live chat.
Provide knowledgeable support for orthopedic products, including fitting guidance and product recommendations.
Process and manage digital orders with accuracy and efficiency.
Perform ongoing data entry tasks, ensuring accuracy and organization, particularly during call downtimes.
Maintain clear communication with team members and management regarding customer issues and resolutions.

Prior experience in the orthopedic bracing or DME industry strongly preferred.
Hands-on knowledge of brace types, brands, and fitting techniques.
Familiarity with medical billing/coding (L-codes) and insurance processes is a plus.
Experience in O&P clinics, chiropractic or orthopedic offices, or medical equipment suppliers highly valued.
Strong organizational and data entry skills with exceptional accuracy.
Proficiency with Microsoft Excel, Word, and multiple web-based systems.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Must have a quiet, distraction-free workspace and be available at the computer for the full shift.
