Healthcare Business System Analyst
Remote (Anywhere in the US) Quarterly Travel to Puerto Rico for a week is required.
Contract
Fluency in Spanish language.
As a Business System Analyst, you will be a part of an Agile team to build healthcare applications and implement new features.
Responsibilities/Requirements :
Ā 12+ years of experience as a Business Analyst in the healthcare payer domain
Ā Fluency in Spanish language.
Ā Analyze and document business processes, workflows, and requirements.
Ā Working SQL knowledge.
Ā Deep experience and understanding of Healthcare Payer and Claims.
Ā Identify AI use cases.
Ā Experience writing user stories with proper acceptance criteria.
Ā Develop and maintain comprehensive documentation, including business requirements, process flows, and use cases.
Ā Facilitate meetings and workshops with cross-functional teams to gather and validate requirements.
Ā Ensure compliance with healthcare regulations and standards (e.g., HIPAA, ACA).
Ā Provide insights and recommendations based on data analysis to support decision-making. Lead/mentor junior business analysts and team members if needed.
Ā Stay current with industry trends and best practices in healthcare and payer systems.
Educational Qualifications: - Ā Bachelor's degree, preferably in Computer Science or similar technical discipline .
Mandatory Skills/Experience :-
Ā Expertise in core SQL
Ā Experience with HRP
Ā Business Systems Analysis background
Ā Experience working in the Payer domain
Ā Knowledge of Healthcare Claims transactions
