We're seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented individual to work in our state-of-the-art remote office, investigating potential credit card fraud cases and providing exceptional customer service to our clients and cardholders.
As a Remote Call Center Representative, you will play a critical role in analyzing account history, contacting customers and merchants to gather information, and maintaining accurate documentation to drive successful investigations. You will respond to a high volume of account inquiries, provide scripted responses to alerts, and assist with completing lost or stolen reports to prevent further losses and fraudulent activity.
Key Responsibilities:
- Investigate potential credit card fraud cases and analyze account history to identify suspicious activity
- Respond to 25+ account inquiries per hour, providing standard/scripted responses to SLA-defined alerts
- Assist with completing lost or stolen reports, blocking and transferring compromised accounts, and building credit card replacement orders
- Build knowledge and basic skills to identify fraudulent credit card activity through training and research
Requirements:
- High School Diploma or Equivalent
- Typically, no relevant experience is required, but previous work experience in a fraud-related field is preferred
Desired Skills and Capabilities:
- Acquires and applies job skills, learns company policies and procedures, and completes assigned routine tasks
- Works on routine to semi-routine assignments, requiring limited decision-making outside of stated processes
- Receives detailed instructions and follows established procedures, working under close supervision
