Join our dynamic team at Workwarp as an Employee Relations Expert, where you will play a pivotal role in shaping our workplace culture and fostering a positive, inclusive environment for all employees. As a key member of our People team, you will provide expert guidance and support to business leaders, employees, and HR partners on employee relations matters, ensuring that our organization remains a leader in innovation and employee satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities:
- Investigate employee grievances and complaints, providing objective and fair recommendations for resolution.
- Advise managers on effective performance and behavioral issue management, aligning with our company culture and legal regulations.
- Analyze situations using relevant data to identify gaps and provide creative solutions to organizational or systemic problems.
- Coach and influence business leaders and HR partners on best practices and outcomes regarding sensitive issues, ensuring equity and consistency.
- Develop and implement employee relations activities to drive positive change and enhance our workplace culture.
- Collaborate with the HR team to maintain ER metrics and review processes to simplify or enhance procedures.
Requirements:
- 4+ years of Human Resources and/or Employee Relations experience, with at least 2 years of focused experience in employee relations matters.
- Superb communication skills, including effective listening, writing, and presenting.
- Proven knowledge of local and country-specific employment laws and regulations.
- Ability to build solid partnerships and provide objective advice to HR partners, employees, and business leaders.
- Proven ability to resolve complex issues in creative ways and work in ambiguous situations.

- A competitive salary range of $70,000 - $105,000 per year, depending on location.
