What You’ll Do

We’re looking for a detail-oriented Graphics Specialist who enjoys working with Adobe files to prepare professional, high-quality PDFs and print-ready files. You’ll ensure that every calendar and newsletter is accurate, polished, and ready for distribution.

Downloading and organizing customer-submitted calendars and newsletters.
Lightly editing files in Adobe Acrobat and/or InDesign (checking text, images, formatting).
Performing quality assurance (QA) to ensure files are polished and error-free.
Preparing final PDFs for digital sharing or print production.
Submitting orders to printers when required and tracking order status.
Communicating with team members and customers to resolve missing or incorrect files.

Experience with Adobe Acrobat (required).
Strong attention to detail; you notice typos, spacing issues, and layout inconsistencies.
Ability to follow structured processes and meet deadlines.
Comfortable working independently in a remote environment.

Previous experience creating or preparing PDFs for professional use.
Experience with basic production workflows or file submission to printers.
