What you will do
The Government Account Manager will manage relationships with our government clients, federal, state and city, to drive sales and revenue. This is a remote position based in the US. If you enjoy managing accounts in the public sector, keep reading!
How you will do it
ย Generate sales, leads, identify opportunities within your account base for growth, and work to increase revenue from current accounts.
ย Ensure clients are fully aware of our solutions. Partner with Marketing to create leads
ย Cross sell and upsell an assigned installed base of customers.
ย Increase customer satisfaction by understanding business needs and recommending FM:Systems solutions. Work closely with your Customer Success Managers to drive customer satisfaction.
ย Create a strong referral network from your assigned accounts
ย Expand current contract values through upselling additional software services
ย Forecasting and tracking ย Utilize Sales Force and work closely with the clients to forecast and track sales opportunities.
What we look for
ย Selling subscription based software, Saas and Haas
ย Bachelorยs degree or equivalent business experience
ย 5+ years of account management experience working with public sector clients
ย Technical aptitude working with software solutions
ย Relationship management and cross functional communications
ย Industries, Federal, State and local government experience
