Position: German-Speaking CSR for Online Marketplace (Remote, Greece)

Mercier Consultancy MD is thrilled to announce a remote opportunity for German Speaking Customer Service Representatives for an Online Marketplace, offering the flexibility to work from Greece. This position is perfect for motivated individuals who are passionate about e-commerce and providing exceptional customer support. You will assist customers in German, helping them navigate various products and services on the platform, ensuring a smooth shopping experience.
- Key Responsibilities
- Respond to customer inquiries regarding product listings, order statuses, and account management through phone, email, and live chat in German
- Assist customers with issues related to payment processing, shipping, and returns
- Provide guidance on using the online marketplace effectively and resolving any technical issues
- Document customer interactions meticulously in our CRM system for accurate tracking and follow-up
- Collaborate with internal teams to improve service delivery and operational efficiency
- Stay updated on marketplace policies, promotions, and new product offerings to provide accurate information to customers Requirements
- Fluency in German (both written and spoken) is essential; proficiency in English is advantageous
- Previous experience in customer service, especially within online retail or e-commerce
- Strong communication skills and a customer-centric attitude
- Ability to troubleshoot and resolve customer issues efficiently
- Excellent time management skills and the ability to handle multiple customer inquiries simultaneously
- Familiarity with CRM software and online marketplace platforms is a plus
