    Are you a German speaker? Embark on a new adventure where you'll be able to work 100% remotely from all over Greece as a CS advisor for a multinational BPO company!Responsibilities
  • Managing of incoming calls
  • Identify and access customers’ needs to achieve satisfaction
  • Build relations of trust through open and interactive communication
  • Provide accurate, valid, and complete information by using the methods/tools
  • Keep records of customer interaction, process customer accounts and file documents
  • Follow communication procedures, guidelines, and policies
    Requirements
  • Native or near to native German language (C2)
  • Very good command of English language (B2 – C1)
  • Good MS Office skills
  • Strong phone contact handling skills and active listening
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills
  • Customer orientation and ability to adapt/respond to different types of characters
  • Ability to multi-task, prioritize, and manage time effectively
