Overview:Join a fast-growing outdoor gear company as our Order Management Specialist! Zenbivy is seeking a reliable, experienced customer support expert to manage orders and enhance the customer experience. Key Responsibilities:
ΓΒ Be the primary liaison between our customer base and warehouse operations
ΓΒ Proactively monitor order status and identify potential fulfillment issues before they impact customers
ΓΒ Manage carrier claims and resolve delivery issues
ΓΒ Negotiate solutions with customers to resolve issues effectively while upholding company policies
ΓΒ Process refunds and assist customers with exchange orders
ΓΒ Implement and optimize new order management processes to improve efficiency
Qualifications:
ΓΒ Self-directed, detail-oriented, reliable, and proactive
ΓΒ Strong attention to detail and commitment to operational excellence
ΓΒ Experience with Shopify e-commerce order management
ΓΒ Outstanding communication skills, both through written email and over the phone
ΓΒ Proven experience in a customer support role managing multiple email tickets
ΓΒ The ability to quickly learn and accurately implement new processes
Preferred Qualifications:
ΓΒ Experience with Zendesk is major plus
ΓΒ Genuine enthusiasm and interest in backpacking/camping to authentically connect with our team and customers
