Commission Structure:
Monthly commission:
รย 1-4 memberships: $5 per membership
รย 5-11 memberships: $10 per membership
รย 12-19 memberships: $20 per membership
รย 20+ memberships: $30 per membership
Additional bi-weekly commission:
รย Sell 5 memberships: $1 raise for hours worked
รย Sell 10 memberships: $2 raise for hours worked
