Job Summary:
CiviTronix is seeking an enthusiastic Full Stack Developer to join their growing technology team. The role involves both front-end and back-end development of web applications to support innovative engineering solutions for clients, while collaborating with cross-functional teams to design and develop scalable applications.
Responsibilities:
- Assist in the development and maintenance of user-facing applications using HTML, CSS, and JavaScript (React.js, Angular, or similar frameworks).
- Work on server-side logic and database management using technologies like Node.js, Express, Python, or similar.
- Design, develop, and optimize relational and NoSQL databases (e.g., PostgreSQL, MySQL, MongoDB).
- Work closely with other developers, engineers, and business analysts to integrate user needs into practical software solutions.
- Write clean, maintainable, and efficient code following industry best practices for version control (Git), code reviews, and testing.
- Participate in the testing process, including unit testing, integration testing, and debugging to ensure software reliability and quality.
- Maintain clear and comprehensive documentation for code, workflows, and development processes.
- Stay updated on emerging web development technologies and trends, proactively applying new tools and techniques to enhance development practices.
Qualifications:
Required:
- A Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Technology, or a related field is preferred, but not required. Equivalent practical experience will be considered.
- Proficiency in front-end web development technologies: HTML, CSS, JavaScript (React, Angular, or similar libraries/frameworks).
- Experience with back-end technologies: Node.js, Express, Python, or similar.
- Knowledge of relational and NoSQL databases (PostgreSQL, MySQL, MongoDB).
- Familiarity with version control systems (Git, GitHub, GitLab).
- Understanding of RESTful API design and integration.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with a keen attention to detail.
- Excellent collaboration skills and ability to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to clearly explain technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
- Eagerness to develop new technical skills and grow within the company.
Preferred:
- Exposure to cloud technologies (AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud) is a plus.
